Homes For Sale
Many IDX providers allow you to create saved searches to link to. This can be for homes based on price range or property characteristics.
Getting Pre-Approved sets you apart from the other buyers. Sellers will often look at buyers who are serious and have taken the time to prepare for a purchase of a home by starting the lending process and getting pre-approved. We work with some lenders that have been known to not only pre-approve but also to CLOSE.
Escrow and Closing Costs
Escrow is a good faith deposit kept in the custody of a third party, taking effect only when a specified condition has been fulfilled. Once the initial conditions like inspection and appraisal have been met, the escrow becomes “Hard”, or part of the deal and buyer could lose it, if not careful.
Closing costs are fees that are associated with the purchase and they might include fees for an attorney, a title search, title insurance, taxes, lender costs and some upfront housing expenses such as homeowners insurance.
